Information About Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these were delivered simultaneously;

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods under a single order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: support@susanandparker.com.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 30 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have:

received the returned goods, or

you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,

depending on whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than within 30 days from the date on which you informed us about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

for the supply of newspapers, journals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
